Seeder rules, in plain words
Whose Seeder is a customer?
The latest Seeder code a customer uses becomes their Seeder, now and for future orders. Only that new Seeder is told about the purchase.
What you can see
Your customers' names, their order numbers, order values, items, payment mode, expected delivery date and status, and your commission on each order. You never see phone numbers or addresses.
Freeing a customer
You can free a customer at any time. They become a direct Tiny Tot Tree customer, and you stop earning on them and stop getting their alerts.
When you are paid
Your commission is paid after the return period for the order ends. If an order is cancelled after payment, we sort it out with you directly.
Your own purchases
You earn on books you buy yourself, in the same way as on your customers.
One person, one profile
Every customer is known by their phone number. This keeps the credit fair, whether they order on the website, WhatsApp or at an exhibition.
Before you join
- Be honest when you share. Talk only about what the printed books really are.
- No spam, no fake orders, no misleading claims. We may pause or end a Seeder account that breaks these rules.
- Your commission and payout details are shared on WhatsApp when you join, and confirmed in your Seeder agreement.
- Customers' phone numbers and addresses stay private. They are never shown to Seeders.
- The consent notice customers see is being checked with an adviser before the Seeder site opens.
